Syrian army commits massacre in Hama, the day before Ramadan

Syrian security forces loyal to the embattled regime of President Bashar Assad commit another massacre in Hama, using tanks and gunfire in authorities’ latest attempt to crush a pro-democracy movement that appears to be gathering momentum ahead of the emotionally and religiously charged holy month of Ramadan.

Syrian security forces violently attacked Hama, the country’s fourth largest city as well as the site of a 1982 massacre by Assad’s father. At least 100 people were reportedly killed around the country, including 1/2 year old baby killed in Daraa. 3 yo baby girl in Harak suffers from fatal heart attack caused by sound of exploding tank shells, activists reports.
